Priest Magic

Priests cast spells at 100% chance. Priests can know up to their allegiance points/5 in spell levels. Max number of spells in memory is POW (+ Cult Lore modifier). Known spells can be transferred in and out of memory with meditation and prayer (no roll needed). Priests do not need or use spell books. Priests use the Knowledge (Cult Lore) skill to determine what spells they can learn (common, uncommon, rare). Priests can learn new spells with a Perform (Ritual) in a sacred site and sacrificing some POW (depending on the success). Starting priests have 20 allegiance points and 2 common spells at no POW sacrifice. They can start with 2 extra common spells if they sacrifice 1 POW and 20 skill points per spell.
